What Hostelbee is
Hostelbee is a listing platform. Owners list hostels, PGs, ShortStay beds and tiffin services. We are not the owner or operator of any listed place and we are not a party to the rental or meal agreement between you and the owner.
No brokerage
Hostelbee does not charge students brokerage for monthly hostels, PGs or tiffins. You pay the owner directly. If anyone asks you for brokerage in Hostelbee’s name, tell us on WhatsApp +91 82183 97949.
ShortStay reserve fee
To reserve a ShortStay bed you pay Hostelbee a ₹49 reserve fee online. The stay amount shown on the listing is paid to the owner at check-in. Your reservation is confirmed once the payment succeeds and it appears in Trips.
If you can’t make it or the owner can’t host you, contact us on WhatsApp with your booking details.
Listings
Owners are responsible for their listings, photos, rent and availability. Visit the place and agree terms with the owner before you pay rent or a deposit.
Your account
Keep your login details safe and give accurate information, including the ID you add for ShortStays. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Liability
We work to keep listings accurate, but we can’t guarantee every detail. To the extent the law allows, Hostelbee is not responsible for disputes between you and an owner.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
