Delete your account

You can delete your Hostelbee account and the data linked to it at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your login (email and password).
• Your profile: name, mobile number, profile photo, ID type, ID number and ID photo.

Booking and payment records may be kept where the law requires it. Wishlists and recent searches live on your device, so clear them by uninstalling the app or clearing site data.

Delete in the app

Open Hostelbee → Profile → Delete account.

Delete on the website

Log in, then come back to this page to delete your account.

Can’t log in?

Message us on WhatsApp +91 82183 97949 from the mobile number on your account, with the email you signed up with. We’ll delete the account within 7 days.
